Aduro is at an inflection point. After years as a services-first company, we’ve developed a powerful internal platform—FundPanel—that’s gaining traction as a standalone SaaS product. Now, we’re building the foundation for a product organization that can scale FundPanel into a core line of business.

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our product execution engine: turning priorities into shipped features, bringing order to chaos, and ensuring we deliver value to clients and internal users alike.

This is a full time, remote role.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Own Execution

• Translate high-level priorities into scoped, well-defined initiatives
• Define requirements, write tickets, and work directly with engineers to deliver features
• Manage release cycles: own planning, QA coordination, and communication

Be the Voice of the Work

• Create and maintain a single source of truth for in-flight product work
• Keep stakeholders informed of what’s coming and when
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure feature readiness

Create Feedback Loops

• Capture internal and client feedback, organize it, and ensure it informs the roadmap
• Work closely with our support, implementation, and service teams to understand real user needs
• Close the loop—make it clear what’s being built, why, and what’s not
